The Texas Education Exchange is Live

We are excited to bring you the Texas Education Exchange. Our innovative data solution is now available to districts and charter schools across Texas.

This launch is the culmination of multiple years of planning and research and a year of design and development by The Exchange Team and its partners. The Steering Committee and the Board, along with representatives from the Exchange Collaborative Regional Education Service Centers (Regions 4, 10, 11, 13, 20), helped guide the strategy behind the project. More than ten partners, bringing together technology and design expertise, collaborated to deliver this initial version of The Exchange.

The October 2023 release of The Exchange delivers essential data infrastructure services, including an Onboarding Wizard and technical admin console, core features like The Exchange online community, and Leadership Analytics and educator dashboards. These tools help districts streamline systems so schools and educators can focus on students. With standardized and automated workflows, educators can populate reports with data integrated from various sources to have comprehensive insights at their fingertips. Regions can provide more efficient and scalable support to their districts and charter schools. The Exchange empowers educators with tools and insights to bolster student success.

The next release of The Exchange, scheduled for Winter 2024, will feature an expanded marketplace of applications focused on Texas region-developed tools and solutions.
