Administrators can use this self-serve tool to import assessment data directly into The Exchange. Users can monitor progress, review errors, and then quickly use the newly imported data in applications like Rally and Leadership Analytics.
Capabilities:
- Import data like summative and benchmark assessments, with a growing list of assessment template options.
- Configure Runway to send data to the correct Operational Data Stores (ODS) for the appropriate years.
- Monitor progress and review assessment loading errors. Keep up to date with the progress of all your assessments as they load student data.
- Reconcile student data, such as identify student IDs that could not be matched so they can be addressed and re-imported with ease.

The Exchange Data Privacy agreement covers Runway. Other vendor-specific DRAs may be necessary depending on the assessment in use by the district.

Subsequent releases of The Exchange will feature an expanded product catalog of applications featuring Texas education groups and third-party vendors. They will also provide more options for participants to leverage the data infrastructure for custom reporting.
