The Exchange is live for all districts and charter schools across Texas!
We are working to onboard districts into our system and ensure all data is flowing appropriately. These districts vary in size, location, and SIS providers. The Exchange is free to districts and charter schools through August 31, 2024; we will transition to a modest fee-based system after our grant period ends. April 2024 Release
The Exchange launches our Student Passport application that facilitates the swift sharing of student information that districts and charter schools require to effectively enroll new students. This application is not meant to be a replacement for TREx. Updates to our Data Health Check add dashboards that provide counts and drill downs for:
Staff employment
Staff assignment
Student course enrollment
Student attendance
Student discipline
These new features give additional insights into data analysis on both the staff and student side that can further decision-making on campus and district-wide.
March 2024 Release
The Data Health Check application launch allows System Administrators to monitor data flow into The Exchange, ensuring the most complete data to provide a better experience. Enhancements in our online community allow users a guided site tour and the ability to create a tailored experience by organizing available applications in their workspace.
January 2024 Release
Enhanced customizations, additional data sources, district and school profiles via the Leadership Analytics dashboard, and new community features.
October 2023 Release
Launch of essential services, including source system data integration, basic data validation, online community, Rally (educator dashboards), Leadership Analytics (administration dashboards), and regional support network ready to onboard districts and charter schools.
