At The Texas Education Exchange, our mission is clear: to empower every district and charter school in Texas with the tools they need to unlock student success. We achieve this by fostering seamless data flow and bringing cutting-edge educational technology directly to your fingertips. Our work is all about innovation, and we're thrilled to share how our growing partnerships are enhancing access to innovative solutions across our great state.
From Partnership to Impact: Serving Hundreds More Texas Districts
Since September 2024, The Exchange has proudly partnered with ASCENDER and the Texas Computer Cooperative (TCC). Collaborating with another region-led and region-built product, The Exchange has extended our reach and impact to hundreds of districts. This is a testament to the power of shared vision and the collective strength of regional education service centers.
The Power of Common Language
Our ability to offer an impactful statewide data solution stems from foundational work: creating a common language and a secure pipeline for data transfer. This dedication to Ed-Fi Data Standards ensures diverse systems can "speak" to each other, transforming disparate data points into cohesive, actionable insights for local use by all districts and charter schools.
Interoperability for All
The Exchange's commitment to interoperability continues to grow. We are now working alongside industry leaders Skyward and Panorama to bring even more powerful, integrated solutions to Texas educators. This collaboration underscores our vital role as a key facilitator, enabling districts to access next-generation educational technology.
Through The Exchange's secure system, districts utilizing Skyward's student information system can now achieve a more powerful connection, allowing their data to seamlessly integrate with applications developed by Panorama, including those that leverage generative AI. This isn't just about connecting systems; it's about connecting potential.
It is crucial to emphasize that this exciting work with Skyward and Panorama does not affect our long-standing partnership with ASCENDER. The Exchange's commitment is to work with all Student Information System (SIS) providers in Texas to advance the use of Ed-Fi Data Standards and grow local data utilization for the benefit of every student.
